Welcome to the Beta test for Battle Paddles. In this Beta, we want to focus on all the
game functionality. Any comments you have about anything in the game will be useful.
Our plan is to initially release the game on Xbox LIVE Indie Games next spring at about
the same time we release on Windows. You'll obviously be playing the Windows version with the
download, so there are a few things you should know at this point:
- You can use 360 controllers to play the game on your computer (our preference),
but we also have keyboard and mouse support if you prefer to use the keyboard and mouse. If you do
use the keyboard and mouse, you can change all the input bindings by going to Controls from
the main menu
- The game is designed to run in a 1280 by 720 window. You won't be able to run the game if you can't
support that resolution (much better Windows resolution support is on our to do list)
- To run the game, right click the PeakGameStudios.BattlePaddles.exe file in your installation
folder and select "Run as administrator"
Whenever you find a bug in the game, please report it to us by following the
instructions below. We'll be regularly patching the game during the Beta to fix bugs as we go along,
so you should revisit this page regularly to download the latest version,
especially if you're running into a bug.

Download the Game
To install and run the game, you need the following software installed on your
computer. Simply install the packages in the order below and you should be ready
to go. If you just pick the default game installation settings, the executable
for the game will be located at C:\Program Files\Battle Paddles\PeakGameStudios.BattlePaddles.exe
(for a 32-bit machine) or C:\Program Files (x86)\Battle Paddles\PeakGameStudios.BattlePaddles.exe
(for a 64-bit machine).
